Signing Up

Do I have to sign up to look for a service provider?

You can search for service providers on Able without signing up. However, you will need to create an account in order to receive customized help from our team, use additional features and get in touch with service providers. You can sign up here.

How do I sign up?

Do I have to sign up to write a review?

Yes, signing up is required to write a review, as it helps us verify your identity and ensure you are a real customer. This is one of the ways we prevent fraudulent reviews.

My company page is already created, do I still need to sign up?

Yes, some company pages are created by us, before admin rights are transferred to employees. To modify your page, add relevant projects, get reviews and scores, you have to claim your page by signing up.

Profile

Why should I create a profile?

Creating a profile allows us to verify who you are and avoid fraudulent pages, profiles, and reviews.

Who can see my profile?

Your profile is only visible to you and by the other administrators of your company page.

Can I modify my profile?

Yes, you can modify your profile anytime by signing in to your account and clicking on your name on the top left corner, then 'Personal Information', and 'About Me'.

How do you select the companies that are on Able?

Our team have analyzed hundreds of thousands of businesses across the US and based on this, we have identified the services that are in highest demand.

Why do I already have a company page on Able?

If your company already has a page on Able, it means that our team has identified your business as a leader in one of our targeted verticals. To claim the page, sign in with your LinkedIn account.

Where do you get the information on companies from?

We get information from online public sources.

How do I create a page for my company?

If you are a B2B service provider based in the United States, you are eligible to be featured on Able. If you don't currently have a company page, you can create one by signing up and then providing your company information. You can further edit your page, add projects and get reviews.

Who can edit information on company pages?

Only the company's employees who signed up on Able can modify their company page.

How do I become the admin of my company page?

To become an admin, first create a profile by signing up on Able. Then, search for your company page. If you have signed up using LinkedIn, you should automatically be assigned administrative rights to your page. If not, modify your profile and add the right company information. If several employees of the same company have access to the company page, choose one of them as the master admin of the page.

Who can see my company page?

All users that visit Able can see your company page, whether they have an Able account or not. However, only registered users can get in touch with you.

Listing

How is the listing page organized?

Our provider listing page is organized by services, distance from your location, number of reviews and NPS score.

How do I get my company listed?

You first have to sign up and create your company page. Then, you have to select the Industry you are in and add the services you offer, to get relevantly listed.

Do companies pay to be featured?

No, all the features on our website are free.

Why can't I find the right service provider for my needs?

As we recently launched the platform, we will continue to add business providers every week. It is possible that the right provider for your needs is not listed yet. However, feel free to directly submit your service request to us here, we will do our best to find the perfect fit for you.

Reviews

Why are reviews important and how can they impact my business?

Reviews are becoming more and more important for b2b buyers. Reviews also increase customer engagement by creating trust. For service providers, reviews can help establish online visibility and increase sales.

How can I collect reviews on my company page?

Ask your current and past customers to take a couple of minutes to express their feedback on their experience working with your company. If they were satisfied with your services, they would be happy to do that for you.

How do I explain the value of leaving a review to my clients?

Your customers have to understand that reviews are an important part of your business and truly impact your online visibility. We will be assisting you during this step.

Can anyone write reviews?

No, only signed up users can write reviews. We are also checking the user's profile and relationship with the company to avoid fraudulent reviews.

What are fake/fraudulent reviews?

Fake reviews are reviews that are published by someone other than one of the service provider's customers. They will be blocked and won't appear on the website, as we follow a process of verifying each reviewer's identity.

Can I write a review anonymously?

Yes, it is possible to write a review about your experience working with a service provider on their company page without them or any other visitors and users knowing who wrote it.

NPS Score

What is NPS?

NPS® stands for Net Promoter Score® and measures customer experience and is a predictor of business growth.

How is NPS calculated?

NPS is calculated by taking the average answer on a scale from 0 to 10 to the question: 'How likely is it that you would recommend this to a friend or colleague?' The responses are classified into three categories:

- Promoters (score 9-10) are loyal enthusiasts who will keep buying and referring others and fueling growth.

- Passives (score 7-8) are satisfied but unenthusiastic customers who are vulnerable to competitive offerings.

- Detractors (score 0-6) are unhappy customers who can damage your brand and impede growth through negative word-of-mouth.

Who evaluates NPS?

Customers that wrote feedback on the service provider's page and responded to the question mentioned above are influencing their NPS.

No, all our features are free. The only thing you would have to pay is a referral fee once you've signed up a business contract with one of the customers we found for you.
